As xMaxsoft, we respect your personal privacy rights in all of our applications and make a special effort to ensure this. No personal information is collected for any purpose in any of our applications. In addition, matters relating to the security of your personal information are described below and presented to you.

Advertisements:
The free demo versions of our applications show ads of some advertising companies (Google AdMob, Mopub etc.). These advertisements may contain cookies and may be used by advertising companies for advertising purposes. We cannot access this information. Please contact Google AdMob etc. for detailed information. Please read the privacy agreements on the relevant pages of the companies.

CONTRACT (EN)

The definitions under this contract are as follows:

Application: Produced applications

Application developer or xmaxsoft: Application developer

User: People, institutions and organisations that will use the applications

These contract provisions cover all features that come with the application and can be added later with new versions. If you do not agree or undertake to comply with all of these terms and conditions, please do not install or use this application.

Our apps does not support online playing, gambling, betting, or purchase lottery tickets and is not linked to, or affiliated with, or approved by any of the operators of any lottery games.

All of our apps are for entertainment purposes only. Games included in the app may have names or logos similar to local or global games played for money in one or more countries. The games in the app have nothing to do with real proprietary games played for money.

Lottery apps are designed with a special algorithm to predict lucky numbers in lottery games. However, they are for entertainment purposes only and does not guarantee winning any lottery game or monetisation in any way. We do not recommend playing lottery or any other game for money. Therefore, the operations to be performed by the user via these applications and all risks are completely under the user's responsibility and can never be associated with the application developer.

The application developer has made extra efforts to produce error-free applications as much as possible, but does not guarantee that the application will run without errors and problems.

Applications are presented to the user with all their errors and defects. The application developer is not responsible for any direct or indirect adverse effects that may occur as a result of the installation or use of these applications, errors and / or damages caused by viruses that may infect copies to be distributed in various environments. If the user installs or uses the application, it is deemed to have read, understood, accepted and assumed responsibility and cannot hold the application developer responsible for any damages. As a result of the use of the application, all kinds of damages and losses that may arise as a result of the user playing games of chance with his own free will are also under the responsibility of the user. Although the application developer has no responsibility for the damages that the user may suffer, under no circumstances can any claim be requested from the application developer due to such and similar damages.

The application developer does not promise to provide ongoing technical support on application-related issues. As a result, applications are designed for entertainment purposes only, and under no circumstances can the application developer be held responsible for any damage to users.

You agree that all disputes between you and xmaxsoft shall be governed by the laws of Turkey by a court located in Istanbul without regard to conflict of law provisions, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such court.

You should also read our privacy policy on our website for detailed information. The user is deemed to have read, understood and committed to fully comply with the terms of this license agreement from the moment he/she installed the application on his/her device.

xMaxsoft olarak tüm uygulamalarımızda kişisel gizlilik haklarınıza saygı duyuyor ve bunu sağlamak  için özel bir çaba sarfediyoruz. Hiçbir uygulamamızda hiçbir amaçla hiçbir kişisel veri toplanmamaktadır.  İlave olarak kişisel bilgilerinizin güvenliği ile ilgili hususlar aşağıda açıklanmış ve bilginize sunulmuştur.

Reklamlar:
Uygulamalarımızın ücretsiz demo versiyonlarında bazı reklam şirketlerinin (Google AdMob, Mopub vb) reklamları gösterilmektedir. Bu reklamlar çerez (cookies) içerebilir ve bu bilgiler reklam sirketleri tarafından size uygun reklam gösterimi amaçlı toplanarak kullanılabilir. Bu bilgiye bizim ulaşmamız mümkün değildir. Lütfen detaylı bilgi için reklam Google AdMob vb. şirketlerin ilgili sayfalarından gizlilik sözleşmelerini okuyunuz.

SÖZLEŞME (TR)

Bu sözleşme kapsamındaki tanımlar aşağıdaki gibidir:

Uygulama: Üretilen uygulamalar

Uygulama üreticisi veya xmaxsoft: Uygulama üreticisi

Kullanıcı: Uygulamaları kullanacak kişi, kurum ve kuruluşlar

Bu sözleşme hükümleri uygulamanın beraberinde gelen ve sonradan yeni sürümlerle eklenebilecek olan tüm özellikleri kapsar. Eğer bu hükümlere ve koşullara tamamen uymayı kabul ve taahhüt etmiyorsanız lütfen bu uygulamayı yüklemeyin veya kullanmayın.

Uygulamalarımız çevrimiçi oynamayı, kumar oynamayı, bahis oynamayı veya piyango bileti satın almayı desteklemez ve herhangi bir piyango oyununun operatörlerinden herhangi biri ile bağlantılı veya bunlara bağlı veya onlardan biri tarafından onaylanmamıştır.

Tüm uygulamalarımız sadece eğlence amaçlıdır. Uygulamada yer alan oyunlar, bir veya daha fazla ülkede para karşılığı oynanan yerel veya küresel oyunlara benzer adlara veya logolara sahip olabilir. Uygulamadaki oyunların para için oynanan gerçek tescilli oyunlarla hiçbir ilgisi yoktur.

Piyango uygulamaları, şanslı sayıları tahmin etmek için özel bir algoritma ile tasarlanmıştır. Ancak sadece eğlence amaçlıdır ve herhangi bir piyango oyununu veya para kazanmayı hiçbir şekilde garanti etmez. Para için piyango veya başka bir oyun oynamanızı asla önermiyoruz. Dolayısıyla bu uygulamalar ile kullanıcı tarafından yapılacak işlemler ve tüm riskler tamamen kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır ve hiçbir zaman uygulama geliştiricisi ile ilişkilendirilemez.

Uygulama üreticisi, mümkün olduğunca hatasız uygulamalar üretmek için ekstra çaba göstermiştir ancak uygulamanın hatasız ve sorunsuz çalışacağını hiçbir şekilde garanti etmemektedir.

Uygulamalar tüm hataları ve kusurlarıyla birlikte kullanıcıya sunulmuştur. Bu uygulamaların yüklenmesi veya kullanımı sonucunda oluşabilecek dolaylı veya dolaysız kötü etkilerden, hatalardan ve/veya çeşitli ortamlarda dağıtılacak kopyalara bulaşma ihtimali olan virüslerin kullanıcıya vereceği zararlardan uygulama üreticisi kesinlikle sorumlu değildir. Kullanıcı, uygulamayı yüklediği veya kullandığı taktirde tüm bu riskleri okumuş, anlamış, kabul etmiş ve sorumluluğu üstlenmiş sayılır ve uğrayabileceği zararlardan uygulama üreticisini hiçbir şekilde sorumlu tutamaz. Uygulama kullanımı sonucunda kullanıcının kendi özgür iradesi ile şans oyunları oynaması sonucunda oluşabilecek her türlü zarar ve kayıplar da tamamen kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır. Uygulama üreticisinin, kullanıcının uğrayabileceği zararlarla ilgili hiçbir sorumluluğu bulunmamakla birlikte bu ve benzer zararlardan dolayı uygulama üreticisinden hiçbir koşulda her hangi bir hak talep edilemez.

Uygulama üreticisi, uygulama ile ilgili konularda sürekli teknik destek vereceğini taahhüt etmemektedir. Sonuç olarak uygulamalar sadece eğlence amaçlı tasarlanmıştır ve hiçbir koşulda kullanıcıların uğrayabileceği zararlardan uygulama üreticisi sorumlu tutulamaz.

Uygulama üreticisi xmaxsoft ile aranızda meydana gelebilecek tüm uyuşmazlıkların, kanun ihtilaflarına ilişkin olarak içerdiği hükümlere bakılmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabi olacağını ve İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra dairelerinin yargı yetkisine gireceğini ve söz konusu mahkemeler tarafından çözüme kavuşturulacağını kabul ve beyan etmektesiniz.

Ayrıntılı bilgi için web sitemizdeki gizlilik politikamızı da okumalısınız. Kullanıcı, uygulamayı cihazına yüklediği andan itibaren işbu lisans sözleşmesinin şartlarını tam olarak okumuş, anlamış ve sözleşme hükümlerine tam olarak uymayı kabul etmiş sayılır.
